SafeRide's vSentry cybersecurity software will be available on the GENIVI platform, joining over 140 companies in the alliance. All members will now be able to easily implement and use SafeRide's technology in order to secure connected and autonomous cars from both known and unknown cybersecurity threats.

“We are honoured to join the GENIVI Alliance,” said Hilik Stein, CTO of SafeRide Technologies. “With access to the GENIVI ecosystem, our solution will be more readily available to members of the alliance, allowing us to further develop our product and continue to give back to the automotive cybersecurity community.”

“GENIVI welcomes SafeRide Technologies to the alliance and we invite them to further enhance our automotive security offerings with their knowledge and solutions,” said Steve Crumb, Executive Director of the GENIVI Alliance. “SafeRide's security approaches and solutions will help GENIVI members, and others, protect their current and future connected vehicles from increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks.”

“The GENIVI Security Team is excited to have SafeRide bring their cybersecurity capabilities and machine learning expertise to GENIVI,” said Stacy Janes, GENIVI's Security Team Lead. “We are looking forward to engaging with SafeRide to bring more security knowledge to GENIVI members.”
