Accell expands EVSE product line with AxFAST 3202 Portable Charging Solution

News

Accell, a provider of innovative power products and enhanced connectivity solutions, announced the newest addition to its electric vehicle charging solutions, the AxFAST 3202 32 Amp Level 2 Portable Electric Vehicle Charger (EVSE). Accell’s new AxFAST 3202 will be available in November.

Info

The AxFAST 3202 is an easy-to-use and cost-effective Level 2, 240 Volt, 32 Amp EVSE charging solution for electric vehicles. Charging up to six times faster than Level 1 charging, the AxFAST's charging gun supports the SAE J1772 standard for US electric vehicles. It is built with ultra-tough premium materials and has a waterproof rating of IP54. The charger holster allows users to dock and mount the charger while preventing damage when not in use.

Accell's AxFAST 3202 features a portable SAE J1772 EV charger with a voltage range of 208/240V and Level 2, 32 Amp, charging up to six times faster than Level 1 charging when plugged into a properly installed 240V outlet. Since it is portable, the charger is ideal for use anywhere there is a properly installed NEMA 14-50 outlet. It can be permanently installed indoors or outdoors. The SAE J1772 Charging Coupler is made of ultra-tough material with a 24.6' cable

The AxFAST 3202 is compatible with all electric vehicles that meet SAE J1772 standards, including Tesla, Chevrolet Volt, Hyundai Ioniq and Kona, Volkswagen e-Golf, Kia Soul and Niro, Honda Clarity, Audi E-Tron, BMW i3 i8, Fiat, Nissan Leaf, Toyota Prius and more. Tesla owners will need an adapter to convert to SAE J1772 (not included).
