Ekoenergetyka-Polska builds probably the fastest charger in the world in Poznań

Another city in Poland that focuses on zero-emission public transport is Poznań.
Together with its partner ZU Instaltech, Ekoenergetyka-Polska has carried out the design works and already launched the charging stations. After having tested these chargers, the company concluded that they are probably the fastest in the world.
Ekoenergetyka-Polska signed an agreement with MPK in Poznań last year. The contract assumes that in the capital of Wielkopolska, 16 charging stations with the total capacity of over 2.2 MW will be required to recharge electric buses. The infrastructure will be located in three locations.
At the Jan III Sobieski bus station and these will be two double station pantograph charging stations with 540 kW each. Another place will be the Garbary bus station – a single station 270 kW pantograph charging station. The third location is the depot on Warszawska Street and there will be two-station stationary, 80 kW depot charging stations and three 40 kW mobile charging stations each.
The tests were conducted at the Sobieski bus station. Ekoenergetyka installed 540 kW chargers with EC Engineering docking stations there. The SBC bus charged at 533 kW and 790A. The whole process was completely correct, which allows the company to assume that it is the fastest charger in the world.
Poznań is another point on the map of Poland and Europe, which will supply public transport using the infrastructure prepared by Ekoenergetyka-Polska, limiting the emission of exhaust fumes. Ekoenergetyka-Polska is a leading manufacturer of electric vehicle charging infrastructure operating on the electromobility market for almost 10 years. So far, Ekoenergetyka-Polska has delivered over 500 charging stations to 55 cities in 11 countries with a total capacity of almost 45,000 kW.
The infrastructure of the Polish manufacturer supplies electric vehicles in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, France, Russia, Singapore and Germany. Every day, the installed charging stations deliver more than 30,000 kWh of electricity to the vehicle batteries during more than 1,100 charging cycles.
