WirelessCar, a leading managed service provider within the connected vehicle eco-system, will empower car makers to provide mobility services with Microsoft’s cloud platform Azure and the Microsoft Connected Vehicle Platform that make their customers’ lives easier and more productive.

WirelessCar continues to address the needs of the automotive industry in the field of connected vehicle solutions. By collaborating with Microsoft, WirelessCar will extend its footprint with auto makers, suppliers, and mobility providers to create end-to-end connectivity, car and customer services to enable new business opportunities and user experiences for the respective companies. WirelessCar will integrate and operate end-to-end services on top of Azure and the Microsoft Connected Vehicle Platform.

WirelessCar's goal is to create new and attractive consumer services at an ever-increasing speed, fueled by the technology evolution and increased competition in this area. This will allow OEMs to create and deliver even more attractive consumer-centric services to the market.

“The goal is to align the connected vehicle space with the cloud and how it relates between Edge Computing, the end-consumers and the full OEM's enterprise systems. Thus receiving the full value of investments being made into new digital business processes and connected with relevant eco-systems to release the new era of automotive digital services,” said Martin Rosell, CEO of WirelessCar.

Furthermore, Martin continued, “Our goal is to power 100 million connected vehicles by 2025 in order to optimise value for money of our services. Working together with Microsoft will help us reach our goal through engaging new customers, reach into new areas and develop innovative solutions for existing customers.”
