Dynamic Map Platform Co., Ltd. (DMP) has acquired all shares of US-based Ushr, Inc. and has completed all procedures required for the acquisition.
DMP will hereby add Ushr as a group company, and will begin to provide accurate and high quality 3D high precision maps (HD maps) of 10cm absolute and relative accuracy to a wide range of users not only in the Japanese market but also in the North American market, as well as further expand map coverage from highways to surface roads, and from Japan/North America to other regions.

Furthermore, autonomous shuttle manufacturing companies are also initiating the development of autonomous driving systems that incorporate our HD maps both within and outside of Japan. Both DMP Group are companies with advanced technical capabilities that can provide HD maps capable of responding to these market demands on a commercial basis, and will continue to strive to meet demands that are expected to grow globally alongside with the widespread of advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving systems.
DMP Group will provide HD maps for vehicles (passenger vehicles, mobility services etc.) as well as provide data for other various uses including infrastructure management and snow plowing assistance, with the vision of becoming the provider of digital infrastructure data which would serve as a foundation for a safe, smart and seamless society.
