Audi’s mobility service ‘Audi on demand’ launches in Mallorca

News

Just in time for the start of the summer season, the premium mobility service Audi on demand has also been relaunched on the popular vacation island of Mallorca.

A selection of exclusive, sporty R and RS models is available for users of the service.

Audi Center Palma functions as the business partner. With this, Audi is not only pushing ahead with the integration of the mobility concept within the dealerships but also is expanding its international network with an additional European location.

With the worldwide Audi on demand service, interested customers can easily book the Audi they desire online. Users now have access to all European locations with just one login. Sporty models like the R8 Spyder, RS 4 Avant or the RS 5 Coupé with extensive equipment and the latest technical innovations are available at the newest destination, the popular vacation island of Mallorca.

The complete rate includes an all-inclusive service package with comprehensive insurance coverage (incl. excess), and 500 kilometres (310.7 miles) per day free. The models can be booked for a period ranging from just one hour to 28 days, making them suitable for vacationers and locals as well as for business travellers.

An exclusive concierge service can deliver the booked Audi within an extensive area from Palma de Mallorca airport in the east to Andratx in the west (a 30-minute drive) and will retrieve it again at the end of the trip. Customers can of course also pick up the desired model themselves at the Audi Center Palma.

The service thus follows the example set in Barcelona, where an Audi on demand location integrated into a dealership on the mainland opened at the beginning of the year. Audi is promoting the rollout of Audi on demand together with dealers and has planned to open more European locations with Audi partners in 2019.
