EVgo, an American public electric vehicle (EV) fast charging network, announced the addition of Ivo Steklac as Chief Technology Officer, Jay Goldman as Vice President of Business Development, and Olga Shevorenkova as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy.

EVgo is rapidly expanding to meet the needs of its partners as electric vehicles become the preferred automotive technology for consumers, ride share drivers, and fleets. With EVgo, all EV drivers can charge their cars in 30 to 45 minutes at conveniently-located parking lot stations at malls, grocery stores, convenience stores, and downtown parking garages. With eight years of operating history, EVgo is driving advancement in fast charging technology, delivering customers 50 KW, 80 KW, and 150 KW fast chargers.

"EVgo's goal is to ensure that each and every EV driver has easy access to affordable, public fast charging," said Cathy Zoi, EVgo CEO. "To meet this need, we are rapidly adding new EV fast charging stations to our network. Ivo, Jay and Olga add tremendous expertise and experience to our team as we extend EVgo's lead in fast charging."

As CTO, Steklac will drive EVgo's technology roadmap and lead supplier relationships. He will also own the company's digital backbone and platform for delivery of a reliable, fast, and convenient charging experience to all EVgo customers.
